By purchasing from Fanvyo, you expressly agree that:

• You request the immediate performance of the contract,

• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (according to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• One-time purchases of Creator contact access (e.g., WhatsApp, Snapchat),

• Subscriptions (after any applicable free or trial period, which may be defined by the Creator),

• Pay-per-view media or additional content (including purchases made directly inside the WhatsApp bot),

• Upsells offered after an initial purchase (monthly or one-time offers).

After completing a transaction, users are redirected to our automated WhatsApp bot where they receive access details and may be offered additional premium options. These follow-up purchases are also final, as access is delivered instantly.
