At Fanvyo, we want to create a safe, respectful, and brand-friendly environment for both Creators and Fans.

By using our services, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Follow the Law

 • Do not use Fanvyo to promote, support, or glorify terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, or illegal activities.

 • No sale or offering of illegal drugs, prescription drugs, firearms, tobacco, or alcohol (where prohibited).

 • No trafficking of endangered species or live animals.

 • Accounts promoting online gambling, lotteries, or real money games must have prior written approval from Fanvyo.

 • Absolutely zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation, including sharing or threatening to share intimate images of minors.

2. Refrain from Posting Harmful or Sensitive Content

 • No promotion of counterfeit goods, fake documents, or drug test circumvention materials.

 • No impersonation of others using AI tools like deepfakes or voice cloning.

 • No publishing of sensitive personal data without consent.

3. Share Only Content You Own or Have Rights To

 • Only post your own photos, videos, or media – or content you have explicit rights to share.

 • Don’t upload stolen or unauthorized third-party content.

4. Respect Diversity and Safety

 • Avoid posting images of nude or partially nude minors, even with good intentions.

 • Do not encourage self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.

 • Content depicting graphic violence must be clearly labeled and must serve an educational or awareness purpose, not glorification.

5. Foster Genuine Engagement

 • Don’t spam users with repetitive messages or comments.

 • Don’t artificially inflate engagement (no buying fans, comments, or ratings).

 • Don’t solicit misleading reviews or fake testimonials.

6. Respect Other Members

 • No credible threats, harassment, blackmail, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, religion, disabilities, or illnesses.

 • Public figures can be discussed critically, but personal attacks are prohibited.

 • If reporting hate speech intended to raise awareness, please clearly state your purpose.

7. Community Safety First

 • Content promoting or glorifying violence, harm, or illegal activities will be removed immediately.

 • We cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
